mechanical keyboards
one day i'll update the photo here! there's even cooler stuff now.
i got hooked on these when i started messing around with linux. at
the time, i had some gaming keyboard with a weird bottom row and bad, proprietary
configuration software to go with it. i started using a 60% board for schoolwork
because it was portable. between trying this and my interest in alternate layouts,
i fell pretty quickly into smaller and smaller hobbyist boards.
typically i use a 3x5 corne with choc switches i built as a test platform
for running an onboard trackpoint. one day i will finish the trackpoint part of it.
recently i've been trying to learn stenography again! it's very challenging, but also a lot of fun!
